热管散热器的制造工艺和工程应用问题
提要 热管是一种高效导热元件。近年来研制钢制热管散热器成为我国散热器开发的一个热点。通过分析其制造工艺和工程应用上的问题,指出目前研制的以钢制柱或板型为外壳的热管散热器在工程上是不可靠的。 关键词 重力热管 工质 相容性 启动温度 热管散热器 Abstract The steel radiator incorporating a heat pipe has become of general interest in recent years in China.
